The technique for filter

1. Filter element

The request of filter element for oil filter will more strict than air filter, since the oil temperature is range from 0 to 300 centigrade. Under the drastic temperature change condition, the oil concentration will be changed as well, which will affect the filter flow. 2. Rubber seal

3. Safety valve

4. Relief valve

Only provide in good quality filters. It only work under the certain condition to let the unfiltered oil flow into engine directly. For example the outside temperature fall of certain one or the oil filter beyond the working deadline. Even though it will take some impurities into engine as well, it is smaller damage for the lost of the empty oil. The relief valve is the key point to prevent engine in an emergency situation.
